Dime and Vans Link Back Up for a Luxe Take of the Skate Half Cab ‘92
The clean “Oxford Tan” colorway is inspired by creative exploration and DIY culture.
Dime has been known to collaborate with a range of notable sportswear brands for special footwear collaborations, one being Vans in which the two have already made joint Wayvee, Old Skool Pro, Slip-On Pro and more iterations together. And to cap off the month of September, the duo is reuniting to proffer up a luxe take of the Skate Half Cab ‘92 which has just been officially announced.
For this latest team-up, the Montreal-based streetwear brand and the Californian skate imprint pulled inspiration from creative exploration and DIY culture. Up top, the lifestyle silhouette is prepared with premium materials and an understated palette. Luxe suede panels make up the base, all of which are smothered with an “Oxford Tan” hue. The standard Half Cab branding lands on the tongues and lateral walls while “Dime” hits appear in white on the lower lateral heel. Checkered banners are positioned on the rear ends while the interior liners and bottoms are dripped in solid black.
Interested in copping? The Dime x Vans Skate Half Cab ‘92 is set to launch on September 17 via Dime and select global retailers.
