Audemars Piguet has dropped a trio of new pieces, including two US exclusives and its first 41mm Royal Oak Chronograph in black ceramic.

Customers in the US have the 41mm Royal Oak Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon with a ‘smoked blue-green dial with Grande Tapisserie pattern’ to look forward to. A limited edition of just 50 pieces, the titanium watch houses Audemars Piguet’s automatic 3Hz Caliber 2950 and opts for two baguette-cut diamond hour markers at the 12 o’clock position, while the others are applied white gold. The brand is listing the watch as price on application.

The second US exclusive is a 41mm Royal Oak Selfwinding in 18K white gold, limited to 100 pieces, the watch features a light blue Grande Tapisserie dial. No price as yet but the equivalent pink gold models sell for $65,700 USD.

Audemars Piguet is offering both of these models as US exclusives until the end of October.

The final piece joins the Royal Oak’s 50th Anniversary celebrations of 2022, as illustrated by the commemorative “50 Years” winding rotor visible through the watch’s sapphire crystal caseback, which will be phased out as the model enters 2023.

The 41mm black ceramic Royal Oak Selfwinding Chronograph is lifted using pink gold accents and rhodium-plated exposed bolt heads, while the small seconds sub dial has been enlarged slightly to match the size of the two chronograph registers. The model is available now via Audemars Piguet, priced $74,600 USD.

Elsewhere in watches, Hautlence offers fresh take on jumping hour display.
