adidas Reveals 11 Collegiate UltraBOOST 1.0 Colorways
With each pair featuring thematic webbing strips.

adidas and its sponsored universities have come together countless times to create friends and family, PE and limited release pairs of shoes. Most notably, the UltraBOOST and its various installments in the series have been a go-to silhouette as the shoe smartly balances comfort and style. In 2020, the celebratory capsule included eight university-themed looks with interchangeable tongue patches and a sockliner that matched the corresponding university. Now, 11 universities are receiving the collaborative UltraBOOST treatment, this time with the classic UltraBOOST 1.0 as the specific model of choice.
The 11 university-themed colorways include “Miami,” “Indiana,” “Mississippi State,” “Georgia Tech,” “Arizona State,” “Texas A&M,” “NC State,” “Louisville,” “Washington,” “Kansas” and “Nebrasksa.” This collection marks yet another return to the UltraBOOST for several of the universities, including the Miami Hurricanes, Washington Huskies and Kansas Jayhawks. Key detailing includes several thematic webbing strips which carry references to the Three Stripes and the colorway’s matching university. In addition to the iconic Primeknit upper of the UltraBOOST 1.0, a suede mudguard carries tonal numbers on the lateral which state the founding year of each university featured.
Release for all 11 colorways of the adidas UltraBOOST 1.0 collegiate collection is set for August 29 at 10am EDT via adidas. In the meantime, check out each university’s colorway above.
Elsewhere from adidas, a first look at the adidas YEEZY Slide “Azure” has popped up.
