'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' Promo Art Surfaces, Debuting Shuri's New Look
The sequel is slated to hit theaters on November 11.
Marvel has kept any developments of the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever film under wraps for some time. While not much detail has been revealed, new promotional art for the sequel has surfaced online featuring Letitia Wright’s character Shuri alongside Dania Gurira’s Okoye.
The new promotional art shows Okoye wearing the same Dora Milaje uniform worn in her previous MCU appearances. However, Shuri appears to sport a whole different outfit. Shuri seems to be wearing a tracksuit in the iconic purple and white running shoes, while sporting a new hairstyle. The purple is an ode to King T’Challa as Shuri comes into her new role as the leader of the Dora Milaje. Both Wright and Gurira have reprised their roles in other MCU films including 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War and 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.
