Following the release of the “San Francisco Giants” colorwayKen Griffey Jr. and Nike’s Air Griffey Max 1 is back, this time in an all-new USA-themed design.

Coated in a white, “Old Royal” and “Gym Red” color scheme, it stays in keeping with the patriotic colors of the American flag. Featuring a white-based leather upper, royal blue accents on the nubuck mudguard can be spotted as well as on the mid-foot strap and velcro enclosure.

Splashes of red have been included on the eye stays, tongue pull tab, plastic loop on the strap, and on the customary Swoosh with its embroidered outlining on the toe. Rounding off the design, Max Air cushioning has been used in the midsole, while the white and “Royal Blue” accents around the Air bubbles and rubber outsole complete the look.

You can have a closer look at the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 “USA” above and it is available official Nike website and select retailers now for $140 USD.

In other footwear news, Nike’s Air Force 1 Low “Anniversary Edition” has arrived in an asymmetric split design.
