NIGO has generated a ton of noise in recent memory as he debuted his first collection with KENZO at Paris Fashion Week, dropped the first single of his forthcoming record “Arya” with A$AP Rocky as well as unveiled a collaborative Last Orgy 2 collection with Jun Takahashi and VERDY. And for the first weekend of February 2022, the iconic designer is releasing his first limited-edition capsule with KENZO for Spring/Summer 2022.

In this assemblage, NIGO pairs creates synergy between his simplified graphic design language and KENZO’s bold energy. He shines a light on the boke — a Japanese flower that’s known for blooming in February — by applying it to a duo of five-piece wardrobes that are crafted for both men and women. A red boke is paired up with a newly designed KENZO logo and furnishes navy nylon coach jackets, crewneck sweaters, a jersey cardigan and long-sleeved tees. Elsewhere in the capsule, you’ll find an oversized hoodie, a cargo skirt that’s engineered with a Japanese washed cotton twill and a gurkha-inspired cargo trouser. In the accessories department, NIGO has cooked up a blanket that also features the boke insignia. Many of the pieces in the range are done up in white to symbolize a blank page and new beginnings.

Check out the collection above and note that it will be dropping come February 5 via Dover Street Market NY and LA, KENZO’s online store, KENZO NY SoHo and select shops.

In case you missed it, here’s a backstage look NIGO’s KENZO runway show.
