Smiley and Reebok Reveal the Last Footwear Batch of Their 50th Anniversary Capsule
Featuring the Shaq Attaq, Club C 85, Instapump Fury and more.
Reebok‘s repertoire of collaborative projects touches nearly every point of culture from sports to high fashion to nostalgic shows like the Power Rangers. And this fall, the brand has further expanded its catalog with new partners, one being Smiley which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. And to tap into this celebration Reebok has finally unveiled the final footwear installments of this celebratory collection.
Inspiration for this collection is derived from the idea of spreading uplifting emotions. Each sneaker iteration here is designed to elicit positive feelings through its blend of materials, warm color-blockings and playful messaging and graphics. For this final collaborative round, Smiley lends its creative touch to a myriad of silhouettes including the Club C, Instapump Fury, Shaq Attaq, Zig Kinetica 2.5, Nano X2 and the Classic Leather. The offerings all key in on soft pastel hues and bold accents to lead the charge, while Smiley logos embellish the uppers to further along its theme.
In addition to the kicks, both parties have also cooked up a range of apparel items such as tees, crewnecks, tracksuits, hoodies and sweatpants.
You can expect the full collection to release via Reebok come October 28.
