Meta’s Horizon Worlds will soon be available to those without a Rift or Oculus headset. The company is working on an adapted version of the virtual reality game for PC and mobile devices.

The virtual world game is currently only available on the Oculus Rift S and Oculus Quest 2, using the headsets’ 3D motion capture technology and hand-held motion controllers. Launched in December, Horizon Worlds is billed by the company as a “social universe,” where players can explore 10,000 different worlds, meet new people, attend events and play games via a virtual avatar.

Meta revealed the news at its annual Connect conference. Though the company didn’t share a concrete date as to when Horizon Worlds will be available on PC and mobile devices. Mark Zuckerberg said that Meta is still working on the development of the game.

The CEO also shared that Horizon Worlds has tapped the YouTube VR team for new in-game social innovations. Additionally, the game is rolling out its next generation of avatars, offering players more options for customization.

In other gaming news, the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II live-action trailer features Jack Harlow, Pete Davidson, Lil Baby and more.
