Early Glimpse at the Nike Dunk Low "Grey Fog"
If you couldn’t cop the “Photon Dust” Lows earlier in the year, these would make a decent consolation prize.
The Nike Dunk is the silhouette of the moment and there’s absolutely no doubt about that. And with its successful resurgence, Nike‘s strategy with the classic hoops-turned-lifestyle model has been to essentially release a plethora of two-toned colorways in both high-top and low-cut variations. After dropping the Nike Dunk High “Vast Grey” earlier in 2021, the Swoosh team is now preparing to unleash the Nike Dunk Low “Grey Fog” to the public.
There’s only neutral tones that take center stage on this makeup. Hits of white are slapped onto areas such as the tongues, collars, toe boxes and quarters, while the overlays, laces, side Swooshes and heel overlays are flooded with its nominal tone. More “Grey Fog” accents also drop off onto the interior liners and tops of the tongues. Rounding off its look are midsoles that see through to a pure white finish along with outsoles that are also dyed with a foggy exterior.
No official release info has been announced just yet, but you can likely see Nike dropping these in the coming months for the standard $100 USD.
It will certainly be interesting to see how long Nike will be able to keep this wave going, and only time will tell how long the trend will last.
In case you missed it, official photos of the UNDEFEATED x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Dunk vs AF1” have popped up.
