Momofuku Introduces Soy & Scallion, Spicy Soy and Tingly Chili Wavy Noodles
Air-dried, never-fried noodles created in partnership with A-Sha Foods USA.
Teased last month, Momofuku is now set to expand on its existing collection of popular pantry products like Chili Crunch, Seasoned Salts, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil and more with a line of noodles.
Inspired by the signature flavors from its restaurant kitchens, the Soy & Scallion Noodles, Spicy Soy Noodles and Tingly Chili Wavy Noodles were created in partnership with A-Sha Foods USA. The air-dried, never-fried noodles are simply made with wheat, salt and water, free of zero preservatives or artificial flavoring and contain 10 grams of plant-based protein per serving.
Each packet of Soy & Scallion Noodles, Spicy Soy Noodles and Tingly Chili Wavy Noodles cooks in just four minutes and comes with a flavor-packed sauce that accents toppings like vegetables, eggs, Momofuku’s chili crunch and more.
The Soy & Scallion Noodles, Spicy Soy Noodles and Tingly Chili Wavy Noodles will be available at Momofuku Peachy Keen August 25 in five serving packages ($12 USD) and a Noodle Lover’s Box ($35 USD) with five packages of each flavor (15 servings).
