It’s still fresh into the NBA off-season, but LeBron James is gearing up for the next season as he unveils the Nike LeBron 19 in an all-black buildup. The 2021-22 season marks the 19th year in the 36 year old forward’s career as he will be striving for a fifth championship title.

James took to Instagram to share images of the new colorway during a workout with Russell Westbrook, who recently joined the Los Angeles Lakers through a major 3-player package trade deal. The shoe takes on a gray textile mesh upper which is strapped in with black overlay panels from the midfoot up to the laces. The forefoot is sealed with tooling in that infuses the Zoom Air cushioning while the heel incorporates a double-chambered Air Max unit.

Nike has yet to post a release date for the latest LeBron 19.
