The inaugural merch drop presents the T-shirts alongside its Wavy Waffle and Pancake Mix, a plant-based pantry staple. Deconstructing the food game so that “you can nourish yourself and nourish the world,” Wavy is built on culture and connections. Working with Union was a natural decision, as the LA-based store was the first to carry Gray’s T-shirt line back in the day. “From NY to LA and beyond, this capsule celebrates Black-owned enterprises that stand the test of time,” says Gray. The collaborative T-shirts are designed by New Studio, and come in bold blue and white colorways, which match Wavy’s futuristic packaging.
The Wavy Waffle and Pancake Mix is made from a special ingredient stack featuring organic ancestral roots and grains that have nourished the peoples of Africa, Asia, and the Americas for centuries. Created by Gastronomical, the Wavy Mix is a nourishing treat that’s also gluten-free and Non-GMO.
