The Nike Air Force 1 Low Celebrates the NBA's 75th Anniversary
Releasing this October.
This year, the beloved NBA organization is celebrating its 75th year — also known as its Diamond Anniversary — this coming October, and Nike is commemorating the feat with a special Air Force 1 style.
Nike’s iconic AF1 silhouette takes on a black, grey and crimson colorway. The tumbled leather is dressed in black and is contrasted with the smooth leather in grey. The darker tones cover up the majority of the upper in alternating patches, along with the eyestays and heels. Crimson detailing accents the Swoosh branding and stitching across the medial side panel. The special occasion calls for a few celebratory tags as seen on the tongue, which features the NBA logo and the number 75 to commemorate the anniversary.
