New York-based label Adsum has linked up with Japanese outdoor specialist Nanga for a collaboration that celebrates the themes of hitting the road and survival from the brand’s Spring/Summer 2021 collection. The collaborative release brings Adsum’s aesthetic influences to Nanga’s technical know-how, focusing on two key products.

The stand-out pieces in the collection are the UDD BAG 180DX — sleeping bag — which features high-performance materials, glow-in-the-dark details and a lightweight construction — and the Tent Shoes. Designed to be worn around the house or the campsite, the down-filled booties are produced using hard-wearing Aurora Tex fabric and come complete with a single snap closure.

Both the sleeping bag and the Tent Shoes are custom sewn in colorways inspired by mountaineers from the ’90s, with a focus on bright colors. Rounding out the collaborative capsule is a special-edition boxy tee produced by Nanga and a made in USA hat.

Take a look through the collection in the gallery above. All items will release exclusively via the Adsum web store on August 12.
