Before winning his first NBA Championship and becoming a two-time MVP, Giannis Antetokounmpo’s life was initially changed when he tried his first ever smoothie back in 2014.
Recalling Antetokounmpo’s tweet from seven years ago, the shoe takes on a smoothie blend of a white, melon orange and blush pink colorway. Starting off with a bright white mesh base, melon orange-colored laces tie over the top foot with a “Super Smoothie” emblem patched onto the top of the tongue. A cluster of fruits and mini Swooshes embellish the medial side while the main lateral Swoosh is pieced together with a stitched pattern, transparent window, and matte paint detail. The design is sealed off with a blush pink and coral outsole.
The Nike Giannis Immortality “Force Field” is now available on Nike’s website for $80 USD.
