Nike Dresses Inter Milan in Snakeskin For 2021/22 Season
Celebrating the Biscione symbol of Milan.
Nike has followed up the launch of Liverpool’s new away jersey by unveiling the home kit to be worn by Inter Milan for the 2021/22 season. The new design eschews the club’s classic blue and black stripes, instead creating a snakeskin effect across the jersey.
The snakeskin look has been created through pixelated stripes that mix two different tones of blue, royal and navy, with black. This detail is a nod to the coiled grass snake known as the Biscione, which acts as an important historical symbol for the city, and has been referenced on previous kits.
As well as the snakeskin design, the jersey also features the redesigned Inter Milan crest, which first made its debut in April 2021.
The kit is available now from the Nike web store and Inter’s site, before releasing to global retailers on July 15.
