Watch the Trailer for A24's Creepy New Horror Film ‘Lamb’

Earlier this month, A24 released a teaser for Valdimar Jóhannsson’s debut feature film, Lamb. A24 has now released the official trailer for the upcoming horror film, which follows the bizarre birth of a half-human half-lamb child.
Little is known about the plot of the film apart from what is shown in the trailer. The film centers around a couple in Iceland who discover a curious creature in their barn. In the trailer, the couple embraces the creature despite objections from friends.
The supernatural drama made its debut at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival and received widespread acclaim, with reviews already describing the film as a “disturbing masterpiece.” The upcoming film adds to A24’s impressive roster of cult horror films, which includes Hereditary and Midsommar.
The film stars Noomi Rapace, Hilmir Snaer Gu∂nason and Björn Hlynur Haraldsson. Lamb is set to premiere in theaters on October 8.
