Sun Devil Fans, There's an adidas Ultra4D "Arizona State" Headed Your Way
Paying homage to the limited adidas UltraBOOST “ASU” colorway from 2016.

Around the 2015-2016 era when the excitement over the adidas UltraBOOST was at its highest, the Three Stripes crew dropped extremely rare college-inspired colorways for Arizona State and the University of Miami. These pairs have now skyrocketed in resell value into upwards of $2K USD, but luckily for Sun Devil fans — or just fans of the this color scheme in general — the German sportswear giant is bringing back its look in the form of a fresh take atop the adidas Ultra4D.
The uppers of this lifestyle offering translate the exact look of the “ASU” adidas UltraBOOST 1.0s to a tee. A rich maroon hue serves as the foundation for its PrimeKnit upper constructions and comes interwoven with “Solar Gold” knitting atop the mid-foot and toe boxes as well as on the heel cups and tongues. Cages are backdropped in more maroon and come contrasted with black stripes and lace loops. Branding is spotted out on the tongues which are furnished with the an adidas logo while the heel cups write out “Ultra4D” in black. Latticed 4D midsoles are tinted with the usual pale green hue and come rounded out with an all-black outsole.
Retailers like Fenom have dropped early pairs for €219 (approx. $259 USD), but it’s likely that a stateside launch go down in the coming weeks.
