UNDERCOVER and Valentino's Hybrid Leather Down Jacket Sells Out Instantly
Continuing UNDERCOVER’s 30th-anniversary celebration.
After launching its 30th anniversary down jacket collaborations with sacai, Kolor, fragment design, TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloist. and N.HOOLYWOOD earlier this year, UNDERCOVER has taken to Instagram to reveal another part of the series — joining Valentino once again.
The jacket shows the hallmarks of UNDERCOVER as it blends traditional outerwear material with technical fabrics, as seen in the down body of the jacket and leather sleeves adopted from a biker jacket. Valentino’s signature blue camo arrives on the nylon exterior while the black sleeves see customary UC details like ball-chain zips. The jacket is finished off with orange lining and UNDERCOVER x Valentino branding at the back.
Priced at $3,300.26 USD, the collaborative leather-sleeved down jacket was available on UNDERCOVER’s website but sold out instantly. UNDERCOVER’s Japanese stores likely have limited stock in person.
