Nike Air Force 1:1 "Animal Instinct" Takes a Walk on the Wild Side
With interchangeable cheetah, tiger and zebra prints.
Nike‘s Air Force 1:1 encourages customization with its interchangeable upper panels, and now it’s taking a walk on the wild side with a safari-style “Animal Instinct” colorway. Blending a trio of animal print graphics with neon-colored embellishments, the “Animal Instinct” is a boisterous sneaker that’s not for the faint of heart but is sure to appease animal print lovers.
As the upper boasts a full Velcro base, each piece from the toebox to the midfoot Swoosh and the heel can be fully customized. The three animal print options that come with this specific pair are a camouflage-esque tiger that blends gray and black, a bold cheetah that combines olive and black with pops of red and a standard zebra pattern that mixes white and black. The only parts of the shoe that are not customizable are the white midsole and gum outsole.
Apart from the printed details, select pieces like the midfoot Swooshes or tongue badges can be swapped out for a neon yellow to match the bold lace deubre. Of course, if you possess any other Air Force 1:1s like the “Black/Chile Red/Pine Green” or the all white iteration, you can customize the “Animal Instinct” to an even greater extent.
Look for the Nike Air Force 1:1 “Animal Instinct” to hit retailers in the coming months. A MSRP has yet to be announced.
