Despite introducing the iPhone 12 lineup not too long ago, potential details about the Apple iPhone 13 have now begun to surface. Maintaining the current straight edge and flat sides design, the next generation of the device is expected to feature an updated display and camera. Additionally, one of the iPhone 13 variants is rumored to be portless, relying on wireless connectivity and the MagSafe charging accessory.

A new render of the Apple iPhone 13 Pro highlights a 6.1-inch always-on display with ProMotion qualities and a 120 Hertz adaptive refresh rate. It also believed that the display will be an energy-efficient LTPO (low-temperature polycrystalline oxide) OLED display manufactured by Samsung with a smaller top-notch and Touch ID sensor under the screen. Powering the screen should be an updated 5nm A15 Bionic processor that would enable both 5G and WiFi 6 e support.

A major update expected comes in the form of a camera with an autofocus ultra-wide-angle lens with an aperture of f/1.8. Maintaining the LiDAR scanner that offers accurate depth measurements and larger image sensors, the upgraded camera setup is expected to make the phone slightly thicker despite probably featuring a smaller softboard battery.

Apple insiders also believe that we should be seeing more colors join the lineup of hues offered with the iPhone 12.
