Denzel Curry and Kenny Beats Enlist Robert Glasper and Smino for "So.Incredible" Remix
Set to appear on the pair’s ‘UNLOCKED 1.5’ remix project.
Denzel Curry and Kenny Beats have joined forces with Robert Glasper and Smino for a remix of their UNLOCKED cut, “So.Incredible.pkg.”
While the original had melodic synth assisting Curry’s delivery, “So.Incredible (Robert Glasper Version)” features smoother vocal samples and an additional verse from Smino.
The new track is part of Curry and Beats’ upcoming UNLOCKED 1.5 remix project. The pair shared a humorous teaser video that showed the par asking Robert Glasper, The Alchemist and Georgia Anne Muldrow via Zoom and Sango via FaceTime what they thought of the album. The two don’t get the response they were expecting, with Sango calling the album “a*s” and Glasper offering his help to “bring some color” into the music. It’s then revealed that the real Curry and Beats have been trapped in a “cyberspace prison” for a year, and their replacements are plotting to unleash their greatest creation — UNLOCKED 1.5.
