Marvel Studios Reclaims Rights to 'The Punisher' and 'Jessica Jones' from Netflix
Fans may now look forward to new content from the previously canceled shows.

Marvel Studios has reclaimed its live-action rights to The Punisher and Jessica Jones from Netflix following the end of a multi-year agreement.
While both The Punisher and Jessica Jones appeared to amass wide popularity on Netflix, they were both canceled, alongside Daredevil, Iron Fist and Luke Cage. Though production for those shows came to their halts, the streaming giant held onto their licences for two years. That’s no longer the case, and fans may once again look forward to new content surrounding those titles. It isn’t clear yet if Marvel will bring back the same casts and characters from the former Netflix originals.
In case you missed it, Marvel Studios has launched a behind-the-scenes docuseries titled ASSEMBLED: The Making of WandaVision.
