Freddie Gibbs and The Alchemist‘s Alfredo has been nominated for “Best Rap Album” at the Grammy Awards, so the Gary, Indiana-born, LA-based rhyme-slinger has teamed up with 40s & Shorties for a small collection of commemorative apparel in celebration. Featuring an original illustration from artist Frko Rico, the capsule is a boisterous toast to Gibbs’ success and marks his second effort with 40s & Shorties.

Four pieces are set to be available: a black pullover hoodie plus green, black and white T-shirts. Each features Frko Rico’s custom graphic on the chest, showing a super-sized Gibbs wearing a giant version of his signature G necklace and toasting a celebrating, drink-guzzling crowd with a golden beer bottle trophy designed to represent a Grammy. Bubble-style Freddie Gibbs and 40s & Shorties text hits surround this large graphic to complete the look.

Expect the 40s & Shorties x Freddie Gibbs Grammy collection to release on the 40s & Shorties webstore come February 19. The hoodie is priced at $85 USD, and each tee arrives at $35 USD. The Grammy Awards will go down on March 14th, with Alfredo going up against D Smoke’s Black Habits, Jay Electronica‘s A Written Testimony, NasKing’s Disease and Royce Da 5’9‘s The Allegory.
