For the second drop in his exclusive BBC-themed adidas Originals collaboration, Pharrell Williams updates the “PW HU NMD” sneaker in a new khaki green colorway.

In November 2021, Pharrell and adidas teamed up for a three-part release series to celebrate the 18-year anniversary of Pharrell’s Billionaire Boys Club brand. The first drop arrived in a space grey colorway that featured the iconic BBC astronaut image on the front uppers, and the new khaki green colorway features the brand’s “Running Dog” graphic fully splashed across the top.

The new logo graphic is a singular raised embellishment that appears full-frontal on the left and right sneaker – eschewing the former release’s strategy of including a logo image on each shoe. This drop also includes speckled black-and-white laces that grab across the collar of the sneaker – which is a “PW HU NMD” mainstay – and inter-loop between a blue eyelet upper sole that nestles onto a white “BOOST” midsole and rubber outsole.

Joining a long line of previous Pharrell x adidas Originals exclusives, this second release sits atop a coveted list right along with the green and yellow N*E*R*D BBC version, the NMD Hu Trail version, the BBC “Stan Smith” collaboration and the V2 BBC drop.

The new khaki green “PW HU NMD” sneaker is available December 21 on the adidas Confirmed app and at select retailers.

To add more “HU NMD” fire to your sneaker collection, check out the restock of the N.E.R.D tan version.
