Tom Brady‘s co-founded NFT company Autograph and Billboard have just released a new limited NFT commemorating The Weeknd and his historic “Blinding Lights” Hot 100 achievement.

Arriving in the form of a 7-piece, personalized NFT drop, each NFT celebrates the track’s entry on Billboard’s Greatest Songs of All Time Hot 100 Chart and the all-time number one song with 90 weeks on the Hot 100 Chart. The NFT itself is listed on OpenSea where it takes inspiration from trading cards — the 1/1 is a grade 10 — where an audio component and a scene from the music video along with an autograph can be found. Comments from both Autograph and Billboard can be found regardings this surprising NFT drop.

Dillon Rosenblatt, CEO of Autograph:

Having The Weeknd join our Board of Directors and launch our music vertical with such a groundbreaking cultural moment speaks to our shared vision of communicating culture’s most engaging stories and celebrating its most important moments as they happen through new digital formats. A visionary in terms of music and art, we’re excited to leverage his creative power and expertise as we pioneer a new era of digital collecting together.

Julian Holguin, President of Billboard:

Through this collection, we’re excited to offer music fans a new, innovative format that allows them to engage further with our rankings and deepen their connection to an important milestone in music history. The Weeknd’s NFTs capture the excitement that ‘Blinding Lights’ inspires, and music fans and collectors alike will gravitate towards these NFTs and be proud to own them for years to come.

This animated collection can be found over on OpenSea where bidding starts from today until December 23, 1 p.m. ET.
