Last month, Kanye West gave an honest interview on Drink Champs revealing some thoughts about his colleagues in the industry. Ye is never one to hold back on his thoughts and revealed that signing Big Sean to his G.O.O.D. Music label was one of the worst decisions he has ever made. Big Sean and Kanye West’s feud go way back and since hearing his comments, Sean Don was ready to appear on Drink Champs to set the records straight.

The interview touched on many dramatic issues surrounding Big Sean and Ye’s relationship over the course of their careers. Big Sean discussed how Kanye West and JAY-Z once pressured him to fire one of his friends due to a photo that surfaced online of the three of them collaborating in the studio, as well as auditing the label for money he was owed and reaching out to Ye to reconcile after the comments he made on the interview.

In one of the most memorable moments in his interview, Big Sean shared that Ye and Drake‘s relationship has been shaky for many years. Big Sean admits that he is thrilled to see them both back on good terms but Sean alludes to Ye having a greater admiration for Drake than he led on. He also explained that Ye initially forced Big Sean to add his verse to his 2015 hit “Blessings” featuring Drake and that this was just one of the first antics that annoyed the Toronto rapper. He believes that this was one o the initial reasons why Drake and Ye had a long-standing feud.
