Adidas Running Gives Its Adios Pro 2 a Refresh
Equipped with ENERGYRODS and two layers of Lightstrike Pro cushioning.
Adidas Running’s recent influx of performance sneakers continues as it unveils the latest iteration of its popular ADIZERO Adios Pro 2 silhouette.
Arguably the brand’s first running sneaker to really compete with Nike’s famed (and controversial) Vaporfly NEXT%, the Adios Pro 2 is designed for anything from 10KM to marathon distances, and weighs in at 213g for a UK 8.5.
Boasting two layers of Lightstrike Pro cushioning underfoot which offers optimal energy return in tandem with partly-visible ENERGYRODS that ensure an explosive ride, the upper — which is made with at least 50% recycled content — is super lightweight and arrives dressed in a concoction of “Legacy Indigo/Turbo/Sky Rush”.
Completed with subtle branding throughout and adidas’ epochal three stripes, the Adios Pro 2 is rounded out with a super-grippy Continental rubber sole for ultimate control.
The ADIZERO Adios Pro 2 “Legacy Indigo/Turbo/Sky Rush” is available to buy now from the adidas webstore, retailing at £180 (approximately $240 USD).
