Adidas Running Adds the Takumi Sen 8 to Its ADIZERO Roster
Designed to “unleash the speed”.
Following the launch of its “Sonic Ink” marathon pack earlier this year, adidas Running returns to its ADIZERO collection to introduce the all-new Takumi Sen 8 silhouette.
Designed to allow its wearers to “unleash the speed”, the latest addition to adidas’ ever-growing running roster has been crafted for everything from a swift 5km to half-marathon road races.
The Takumi Sen 8’s black and white upper is about as lightweight as they come and is crafted with at least 50% recycled content. Sat atop a Lightstrike Pro midsole which houses a set of snappy ENERGYRODS for increased propulsion when needed, the sneaker is rounded out with an ultra-grippy Continental rubber outsole and comfortable lace closure.
Available for now in a “Grey Six/Cloud White/Core Black” colorway, the Takumi Sen 8 is expected to drop in a few more iterations in the coming weeks.
The adidas ADIZERO Takumi Sen 8 “Grey Six/Cloud White/Core Black” is available to buy now from the adidas webstore, retailing at £170 (approximatly $225 USD).
