Nike and its SNKRS App have postponed the release of the Air Max 1 x Cactus Jack silhouette in light of the crowd surge that occurred at Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival earlier this month, which left 10 people dead and hundreds more injured.

The newest collaboration between the Houston rapper and Nike redesigns the sportswear company’s Air Max 1 silhouette in a range of colors. One of the silhouettes to emerge from the forthcoming collection features a fall-ready camel, brown and wheat colorway with mesh underlays, reversed canvas Swooshes and pops of red throughout the silhouette. Another iteration sees the Air Max 1 silhouette washed in a pale yellow color with a mesh base, nubuck overlays, reversed Swooshes, textured canvas material and complimentary black and brown checkered straps.

Originally set to release on the SNKRS app, the collection has since been postponed “out of respect” for those impacted by the tragedy.

Nike has not yet announced when the collaboration will be released in the future.
