New Balance Gives Its 327 Two Patchwork Makeovers
Arriving in either a khaki or blue colorway.
After it was voted China’s most popular lifestyle sneaker of 2020, New Balance’s 327 sneaker returns for 2021 in two patchwork iterations.
The 327 — which became one of the most talked-about sneakers last year — found itself the focus of collaborations with the likes of Levi’s, Aries and twice with Casablanca, with a third co-release expected to be announced soon.
Now though, available exclusively at Japanese retailer atmos, New Balance introduces two new variations of the heritage-inspired racing shoe, in both khaki and blue. Retaining the oversized “N” logo that adorns the side wall, each sneaker features a nubbed accentuated sole and a mix of materials that form a patchwork effect on the upper.
Dressed in either khaki with orange and black accents, or plethora of shades on the blue colorway, each 327 is available to buy now from the atmos webstore, retailing at ¥13,000 (approximately $125 USD).
