New Balance’s 827 Silhouette Arrives in Three New Colorways
Colored accents are reflective of seasonal essence.
2020 has been quite the year for New Balance’s 827 silhouette. After its debut collaboration with Aimé Leon Dore, the low-profile sneaker has been the focus of link ups with the likes of STRAY RATS and South Korea’s thisisneverthat.
Now for its latest drop, New Balance returns with a solo release of the sneaker that sees it arrive in three colorways. While the main base of each sneaker remains fairly neutral, the accents differ on each silhouette. “Cobalt Blue”, “Atomic Yellow” and white are the three accents featured, each reflective of seasonal essence.
The first colorway draws attention for its “Cobalt Blue” overlays at the toe tips and rear, while the second features “Atomic Yellow” and pink sock liners, outsoles and dashes through its mid-foot. The third colorway offers notes of a mauve pink across the heels, lace loops and midsole, upon a neutral white upper.
New Balance’s latest 827s are available to buy now from the New Balance webstore, retailing at £100 (approximately $130 USD).
In other news, END. and New Balance have linked up for a 1500 “Grey Heron” release.
