Alicia Keys has enlisted Khalid for her newest single “So Done,” set to appear on her forthcoming seventh studio album ALICIA.

The GRAMMY winner and nominee deliver an introspective and emotional cut that speaks on losing one’s self and finding them again. Keys and Khalid can be seen performing at a prom for the accompanying music video, while actress Sasha Lane finally comes to terms with herself and personifies the lyric “I’m living the way that I want.”

“I’m so excited to share ‘So Done’ with the world. We call it a trance! The energy is inescapable! Collaborating with Khalid on this one was very special,” Keys shared in a statement. “This song is about being done with changing yourself for the sake of others and letting go of any one else’s ideas of how your life should look.”
