Hiroshi Fujiwara May Have Teased a fragment design x sacai x Nike LD Waffle
Complete with fragment’s signature blue, black and white color scheme.
One of 2019’s most popular shoe releases, the sacai x Nike LDWaffle may just find itself at the top of 2020’s list. HYPEBEAST legend Hiroshi Fujiwara was seen sporting what may be a fragment design version of sacai’s conceptual collaboration.
Shared by Japanese polymath Kunichi Nomura on Instagram way back on June 16, Hiroshi is photographed with music artist HIMI. Although at first glance it appears like another fan photo, looking down at Hiroshi’s feet we see him wearing a pair of sacai x Nike LDWaffles that are dressed in his brand’s familiar color scheme of blue, black and white.
There’s no word on whether this is a special one-of-one for the streetwear icon or three-headed-monster collaboration that’ll hit retail shelves in the near future. We’ve reached out to Hiroshi for more information and will update this story once we hear from him, so stay tuned.
