100 Thieves' Latest Capsule Encourages Players Not to "Camp" When Gaming
Comprising of tops, bottoms, hats and accessories.
Esports collective 100 Thieves is set to drop a new round of merch dubbed “No Camping.” The capsule includes tops, bottoms, caps and accessories with graphics referencing the unfavorable habit of camping amongst gamers, especially in titles like Call of Duty, Fortnite and even some role playing games. Camping is basically just bad player etiquette where one sits around waiting for others to show up for easy kills. Often enough, traps are set or guns such as a sniper rifle is focused on a popular entry point. It’s the easiest way to accumulate points and earn kill streaks. It’s also highly frowned upon.
With that said, the print on some of the pieces for 100 Thieves’ collection sees an actual camper alongside a tent with some nature-driven illustrations. Other hoodies in the capsule feature the organization’s logo and other pieces such as the hats and bandana’s also show the camping motifs and the 100 Thieves insignia.
The 14 piece collection is set to releases Saturday, July 18 at 12PM PT on the official 100 Thieves website.
