Todd Snyder Releases Rainbow Timex for Pride Month
Named the “Art of Pride.”

Todd Snyder and Timex have just released another exclusive watch, this time celebrating Gilbert Baker’s Rainbow Flag and Pride Month. The watch features three primary colors — red, blue and yellow — on three rotating discs. As the time changes, the discs stack on top of each other in different ways reflecting a rainbow of colors back.
The watch comes with a black braided fabric strap and a colored box. New York-based designer Todd Snyder comments: “I had been doing research in the Timex archive and when I saw this watch from the Seventies with the multi-colored disks, I wanted to refresh it and make it a celebration of Pride. Pride is obviously about love and inclusiveness, and the different colors of the watch embody that.”
Sales from this watch will contribute to the $10,000 USD that Timex is donating to the Sylvia Rivera Law Project and Rainbow Railroad Foundation. The watch is powered by a hand-wound movement and sits at 34mm on the wrist. Those interested can head over to Todd Snyder now to purchase the “Art of Pride” watch for $199 USD.
