SwaVay Lays Claim to Atlanta's Hip-Hop Throne in Visual for "YaYa"
“I’m the new king of the city.”
SwaVay is continuing to establish himself atop Atlanta’s hip-hop throne with a visual for “YaYa,” a highlight off his recent mixtape, B4DALBUM. The tape, which follows last year’s Pure Infinity as well as 2016’s Before Eye Dies, was produced by Atlanta heavyweight and good friend Pyrex Whippa, with contributions on the project handled by the likes of 808 Mafia’s ReeKap, Earl on the Beat, Erick the Architect, and more.
Shot in 16mm, the music video for “YaYa” sees SwaVay rolling around in his vintage candy-red cabriolet, hanging with his North Atlanta DOLO family, and more. “Under no condition, in your position, you gon’ keep your spot/This André 3000 on Speakerboxxx/Tried to keep me out, but then I bend the lock/I’m the new king of the city, n***a,” he raps as he rolls through the city.

For more new music, City Girls recently dropped their second album in response to leakers.
