Following the release of the first trailer for Ju-on: Origins (Ju-on: Noroi no Ie), NBCUniversal Entertainment Japan and Netflix have now shared a clip from the first live-action series for the supernatural horror franchise.

In the clip, we see Odajima, a paranormal investigator, entering the famed “cursed house” with a friend. As the two make their way through the home, ominous sounds and creaks build the suspense preceding the return of the Grudge. Ending the short video is the sound of glass breaking foreshadowing the terrifying encounters with an otherworldly force set to take place.

Watch the clip from Ju-on: Origins and look for the NBCUniversal Entertainment Japan and Netflix’s series to debut July 3.

For more entertainment news, Michael Keaton is now in talks to appear as Batman in the Flash movie.
