GmbH and ASICS Reunite for Two More GEL-Nandi 360s
Refreshing “Skylight” and airy “White” colorways with potent patent leather detailing.
GmbH and ASICS have a short-yet-storied collaborative history under their collective belts, having produced appealing takes on the GEL-Kayano 5 OG and the GEL-Nandi 360 since first teaming up in 2019. Now, Berlin-based brand and Japanese footwear company have joined forces once again for two more iterations of the GEL-Nandi 360 dubbed “Skylight” and “White.” The former is brand new while the latter was first teased in September 2019, but both provide bold, substantive style.
Each pair opts for a monochromatic palette, letting build and material choice take precedence over colorblocking. That’s not to say either is shortchanged on its tonal layout, however: “Skylight” is doused in a rich turquoise shade, and “White” offers a soft, angelic hue. Each pair’s base layer is built from mesh, with synthetic fused overlays plus patent leather Tiger stripes and jagged muduguards supplying a lavishly layered look.
An ASICS logo is embroidered on the tongue, while GmbH’s signature crossed hammers are stitched on the heel. Insoles serve up one final co-branded detail. Cushioning is handled by a midsole that combines supple EVA foam with a sculpted, full foot GEL cushioning setup — tonal on the “Skylight,” pearl tinted on the “White” — and AHAR+ rubber outsoles finalize the look.
The GmbH x ASICS GEL-Nandi 360 will release at retailers like Naked on June 27, and is priced at $180 USD.
