Filson Infuses White's Fire Hybrid Boot With Premium Textiles
Inspired by the wildfire-fighting US Forest Service Hotshots.

Filson‘s seasonal collaborations have included collaborative camping gear and Go Bags and its latest joint effort is no less rugged. Alongside White’s, a longstanding American boot institution, the company has issued a tall Fire Hybrid boot inspired by those worn by America’s Forest Service wildfire fighters, the Hotshots.
Pieced together with Crazy Chief roughout leather (suede), the skyscraping shoes aren’t actually rated for wildland firefighting but they are ideal for outdoor adventures. Subtle touches, like Filson oil-finished Tin Cloth padded collars and steel-free construction (meaning no rust), inform the design, though the earthy leather body — selected to hide scrapes and damage — is the star of the shoe. Hand-lasted stitch-down soles can be replaced for a lifetime of wear.
