Filson Joins Helinox for a Tactical Camping Collection

Outdoor equipment maker Helinox has been staying busy over the past couple of months to gear you up for the camping season, first working with NEIGHBORHOOD on a camping collection, followed by Tacoma Fuji Records and BEAMS T for a more fashion-oriented capsule. Now, the South Korean company has found its third collaborator in Filson, creating a Tactical Collection together featuring three of Helinox’s trusted items re-created using the American staple brand’s famed materials.
The first of the three is the iconic Sunset Chair, hailed as one of Helinox’s most comfortable models in its seating line thanks to its higher ground clearance and higher back support, together offering a more relaxed seating position. Weighing just 3.4 pounds when packed, it can support up to 320 pounds, and will be available in both Filson’s Shrub Camo pattern or a solid tan. Aside from this option, the duo have also created an elevated bed, tapping the South Korean company’s Cot One Convertible to meet your sleeping needs. Using a proprietary tension system, the cot can eliminate sagging and pressure points to create a more consistent resting surface. Also designed to hold 320 pounds, the Cot One Convertible weighs 5.2 pounds when packed and will come in Shrub Camo print. Finally, rounding off the collection is the Table One Hardtop, a compact yet sturdy table whether you’re going camping or just heading out for a picnic. At 2.2 pounds in weight, it can hold up to 110 pounds, and comes in either the Shrub Camo print or solid tan.
