adidas Unveils Innovative adizero adios Pro Running Sneaker
Designed for quicker and longer runs.

adidas has been crafting elite running shoes for decades. From UltraBOOST and Solar Glide, to Terrex and AlphaBOOST, adidas sneakers have been worn by athletes across the globe. Now for 2020, the brand has unveiled images of its latest and arguably most innovative yet: adizero adios Pro.
Dubbed the brand’s “fastest ever distance shoe,” adidas has introduced a foray of innovative technology into the design, not only to enhance performance, but to increase comfort too.
Using professional athlete insights, adidas EnergyRods have been inserted into the midsole and consist of five tuned carbon-infused rods that mimic the metatarsal bones of the foot, allowing runners to maintain their speed for longer.
The midsole is made up of LightstrikePRO, adidas’ lightest foam material to-date. The combination of this and the EnergyRods provide maximum cushioning and extra energy storage and return.
The sole is topped off with a nylon and carbon fibre heel plate which — combined with the EnergyRods — provides stability and comfort.
Launching in a bold “Signal Coral/White” colorway, the adizero adios Pro is set to drop on on 30 June, 2020 via the adidas app.
In other news, PUMA has debuted its UltraRide Performance running sneakers.
