Carlex Design Converts the Ford Ranger to a Luxury Beast
Tackle the off-road trails in perfect comfort.

With headquarters in both Europe and Asia, aftermarket automotive design firm Carlex Design is no stranger to customizing performance vehicles and workhorse trucks alike, and now for their newest project, the company tapped into the Ford Ranger.
While the design firm leaves the midsize truck’s performance specs untouched, the team has completely reworked the exterior bodywork to create a truly off-road beast. More aggressive components create a monstrous look, including a new grille, front bumper and skid plate, side step bars, oversized wheel arches, a rear bed-mounted sport rack, as well as larger tires and new five-spoke wheels. The black body has also be wrapped with grey and lime green graphics, complementing its sporty aesthetic. As to the interior, new seats take the place of the stock installations, resembling racing buckets with Alcantara and “top quality leather” upholstery.
