Megan Thee Stallion, DaBaby and Roddy Rich are just some of the big winners from the 2020 BET Awards, going home with the awards for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist, Best Male Hip-Hop Artist and Album of the Year respectively. Others include Migos for Best Group, Lizzo for Best Female R&B/Pop Artist, Teyana “Spike Tee” Taylor for Video Director of the Year, Burna Boy for Best International Act and LeBron James for Sportsman of the Year.

This year’s BET Awards ceremony, hosted by Insecure start Amanda Seales, was held virtually due to the coronavirus pandemic. Presenters and winners gave their speeches via video, adding their personal touch to the untraditional ceremony.
