Polo G Celebrates Life in New Album 'The GOAT'
The follow-up to 2019’s ‘Die A Legend.’

Polo G has dropped off his latest full-length project, The GOAT. Clocking in at just over 45 minutes, the Chicago rapper’s newest album features guest verses from some of the biggest names in hip-hop, including Mustard on “Heartless,” the late Juice WRLD on “Flex” and Lil Baby on “Be Something.”
Billed as the follow-up to 2019’s Die A Legend, The GOAT hears Polo G’s versatility as a melodic rapper. If his first album, which peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard 200, served as an introduction, its heir is a reflection of the rapper’s success and just how far he’s willing to go. His lyrical material is evident from the get-go, with opener “Don’t Believe The Hype” explaining the nitty-gritty of having a music career. Despite the hardships, however, he chooses to celebrate life and the legacy he continues to build, not only for himself but also for his family.
