Leven Kali Releases 'HIGHTIDE' Album Featuring Syd, Smino & More
A follow-up to the singer’s ‘Low Tide’ project last year.
After dropping off the album Low Tide last summer, Leven Kali is back with the second installment that’s aptly titled HIGHTIDE. The singer has enlisted fellow artists including Syd, Smino, Ty Dolla $ign and more for the 13-track R&B project, which was produced by Memmi and Kali himself.
Standout cuts like his and Ty Dolla $ign’s recent single “PERFECT IS BORING” offer more sensual moments, while Syd’s feature on “MADE 4 U” brings in a sentimental record about love. Smino joins in with Topaz Jones on “HOMEGIRL,” an ode to good friends experimenting with new levels of their relationship. Listen to it all now by streaming the album below.
It’s not the first time for Kali to link up with Syd for a musical collaboration. The duo also joined forces in 2018 for the smooth single “Do U Wrong.” Elsewhere for Smino, he was recently featured on Alina Baraz‘s debut studio album It Was Divine.
