After years of working as a behind-the-scenes wizard for stars like Drake and Playboi Carti, Santa Monica jack-of-all-trades Leven Kali has plans for a significant solo career of his own. After an impressive 2017 and a show-stealing appearance on Carti’s headline-dominating debut mixtape, Kali serves up his own single to jump-start his next body of work.
Teaming up with fellow Californian Syd, Leven Kali serves up “Do U Wrong.” Today’s record comes to us as Kali prepares to drop his own project and a slew of other releases in 2018. Propelled by Syd’s striking vocal talents, “Do U Wrong” allows Kali’s vibrant, soulful and funky pop sensibilities to lead the way.
