Taking influence from Myanmar’s native flora, Japan’s Black Weirdos blends its love of nature with an appreciation for ’60’s counterculture for its Spring/Summer 2018 collection.
Dubbed “STONED ROSES,” the range incorporates staples like denim jackets and coaches jackets alongside graphic shirts and statement pieces like tie-dyed belted cardigans. The flower children mentality of the ’60s is referenced through bold graphics emblazoned across the entire collection, including T-shirts printed like faux band shirts and even covered with a zebra pattern alongside a painted denim jacket and a half-zip chambray shirt. Washed denim appears throughout the collection, complemented by laid-black velvet pants and a matching stadium jacket. Camouflage goods and a peach beret round out the expansive array.
