J.Crew and New Balance continue their longstanding sneaker partnership with the release of the 998 “National Parks” Pack.

Inspired by the US’s historical conservations, the collection alludes to the natural splendor by imbuing the boxes and shoes with characteristics that tonally and graphically represent these locations. The Death Valley iteration swathes the shoe with shades of brown, while the Crater Lake-inspired silhouette consists of varying blue hues. Technical aspects are not compromised either, as each pair sports the proprietary Abzorb® tech. Though what makes these special, is the altruistic value added, as for every piece of footwear bought $10 USD will be donated to the National Parks Foundation.

Pick up your pair(s) online via J.Crew’s website for $180 USD starting January 26. In related New Balance news, check out the ML574 A “Sea Salt.”
