LEGO Prepares Super Mario Power-Up Packs

After introducing its Nintendo Super Mario collaboration, LEGO is now putting together a series of power packs to build on the new building experience.

Jonathon Bennink, LEGO Group lead designer, in an introductory video that reveals the new Power-Up Packs that unlock entirely new ways to play with your levels. With the upgrades, Mario can now traverse the Adventure “stages” with the Fire Mario suit, Propeller Mario suit, Cat Mario suit and Builder Mario suit. Aside from switching up the look of the beloved hero, the power-up changes the displays on Mario’s face and stomach, offering new interaction routes.
